§ 110.09. RIGHT-OF-WAY RESTORATION.

In making excavations in any streets, avenues, alleys and public places the Company shall not unreasonably obstruct the use of the streets, and shall replace the surface, restoring the original condition in compliance with Chapter 141 of this Code of Ordinances.
