§ 111B.07. PERMITS REQUIREMENTS.

The Company will comply with the permitting requirements in Chapter 141 of this Code of Ordinances; however, no permit shall be required prior to commencing and completing work in the event of an emergency or electric outage. The Company will obtain a permit within seven (7) business days following restoration of service or the abatement of the emergency. If the Company is doing work to facilitate a City project, Company shall obtain a permit, but no permit fees shall be required to be paid by the Company.
