§ 123.05. BOND.

The applicant may, in lieu of the certificate of insurance, post with the Building Department a bond in the amount of six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000.00) which shall cover any accidents, injuries or damages to streets or other property as a result of the move. The bond shall be for a duration of one year from the date of the move.
