§ 128.03. APPLICATION PROCEDURE.

  • Applications for licenses issued hereunder shall be made in the form approved by the Clerk and shall state:
    1. The name, home address and proposed business address of the applicant;
    2. The number of automobiles, or other vehicles which the drive-in theater is designed to accommodate;
    3. The hours of operation for said drive-in theater;
    4. The names, addresses and phone numbers of the manager and assistant manager;
    5. Such additional information as the Clerk finds reasonably necessary to effectuate the purpose of this chapter and to arrive at a fair determination of whether the terms of this chapter have been complied with.
    An application shall be accompanied by a plat or drawing of said drive-in theater, showing its location, size and capacity; the location and size of entrances and exits; vehicle storage lanes; kinds of ground surface; location size and construction of all structures; and the location, size and construction of walls, fences or barriers surrounding said premises.
