1. The computation of the transportation impact fees shall be reviewed and amended, if necessary, as directed by the City Council to ensure accuracy of the estimates and projections.
2. Calculation of transportation impact fees and the receipt hereof by the City shall be documented in a form recordable in the office of the Johnson County Recorder.
