§ 47.03. PERMIT REQUIRED.

It is unlawful for any person or group to use the facilities of any park, in whole or in part, for any organized public entertainment, rally, demonstration, parade, or any combination thereof or for any use which excludes the use of the facilities to others without having obtained a permit therefor as provided in this section. Application for such permit shall be made to the Park and Recreation Department on forms provided by the Department. If a permit is denied, the request for a permit may be made to the City Council.
