§ 90.13. EXTENSION OF MAINS ON PERIMETER STREETS.

Extensions of water mains along streets lying partly inside and partly outside the City limits may be made on the basis of special assessments against abutting property owners. The City may pay the assessment on land lying outside the City limits and, if so paid, the City may make provision for collecting such payments from the abutting property owners at such time as such land may be annexed.
