1. Water Rate. Each single-family residential customer of the City shall pay the City a minimum charge of $7.00 per month for usage of 0 to 200 cubic feet, as measured by the water meter. Each commercial or industrial customer of the City shall pay the City a minimum charge of $12.00 per month for usage of 0 to 200 cubic feet. In addition to the minimum monthly charge, every customer shall also pay to the City $1.80 per 100 cubic feet of water usage for any usage over 200 cubic feet.

2. Sewer Rate. Each sewer customer of the City shall pay a minimum charge of $13.75 per month for usage of 0 to 200 cubic feet as measured by the water meter beginning July 1, 2019. In addition to the minimum monthly charge, the customer shall also pay to the City $4.40 per 100 cubic feet of usage for any usage above 200 cubic feet beginning July 1, 2019.

3. Solid Waste Collection Fee. The fee for solid waste collection and disposal service, used or available to the customer, is $13.00 per month for each family unit. In addition to the $13.00 monthly fee, a monthly fee of $4.17 per month for each family unit shall be collected for each customer who uses a 35-gallon container, and a fee of $7.00 per month shall be collected for each customer who uses a 65-gallon container.

4. Storm Water Utility Rate. Each customer shall pay to the City a storm water utility charge that is calculated as determined in Section 102.08 of this Code of Ordinances.
